Terms of Service

By signing in to or using Big Gups (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Big Gups is a community-run, non-commercial project.

The site runs Where Winds Meet PvP tournaments: you sign in with Discord, fill in your player profile, sign up and check in, and follow brackets, results and statistics. Big Gups is a fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of Where Winds Meet.

• Each tournament has its own rules, shown on its page. By entering you agree to them.
• Your profile must be accurate: your own in-game name, UID and the build you will play.
• Organizers run each tournament: they can check people in, seed the bracket, record results, offer or remove spots, and disqualify players who break the rules.
• Results are public and stay part of the tournament history (see the Privacy Policy).

Prizes, when a tournament has any, are listed on its page and handed out by the organizers under that tournament’s rules. A prize can be withheld from a player who broke the rules.

• One account per person. Do not sign up for someone else or under someone else’s name.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass other players.
• Do not abuse, overload, scrape or interfere with the site.

The site is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site.

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove access if these terms or a tournament’s rules are broken.
